Sacramento State, part of the California State University system, is committed to academic excellence, community engagement, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Celebrating its 75th anniversary during the 2022-23 academic year, Sac State was established in 1947. It consists of seven academic colleges that each year prepare thousands of students for lives of achievement, success, and service to their communities and beyond.
